Hi all, I'm looking forward to sharing many great and diverse recipe's that I've discoverd over the years and look forward to hearing about great dishes you've all come to love. So I guess over all this will be a great forum to talk about something we all know and love....FOOD!

Cool, Derk so you love to cook and you like diverse foods...as much as A. Bourdine? Food Network & Travel Channels are some of my favs. Man I'd love to see you in a celeb challenge on Food Network.

I know your busy and its the holidays. When you have time, I hope you come back here. Have some great recipes compiled over time to share. Would love to see some of yours. I wrote a amatuer(very) cookbook for a Celeb/friend in the UK, a compilation(is that even a word?,lol) of his recipes and those of his fans. With that, we sold the cookbook(not published or elaborate of course) & proceeds went to his favorite charity.
